SEAGROVE, N.C. (AP) - A devolving dispute between artisans in Seagrove has spawned competing pottery festivals both scheduled to span this weekend. The Seagrove Pottery Festival will be held for the 27th time while the Celebration of Seagrove Potters will show off work for the first time.
